Our staff has developed and built peer support programs from the ground floor and restructured existing programs for organizations around the state. Peer support is what we do! With peer support being a new and growing concept here and beyond, partnering with our organization can provide the needed knowledge and expertise to help your company get the most out of your peers.
With an easy and free assessment of needs, we can efficiently tailor an individualized program to fit your organization and the needs of those you serve. Our on-site observation plays a key role in building an effective plan. We allow our clients the freedom to choose all aspects of the program we suggest or choose the elements you decide best serve your needs. Once a plan of action is decided, we will delve right in with innovative on-site training, supervision, and workshops that will engage and prepare your staff. Protocols and procedures will be implemented to ensure the longevity of these initiatives. Once completed, organizations can elect to continue using The Training Center for consolation long after the initial training is complete.
