Unparalleled Experience: two people walking together down a hallway.

It is our goal that everyone who reaches for help not only finds the help they need, but has support from someone that walks in their shoes

IN MEMORIAM- ERIC W BAYS

A SPECIAL THANKS

We at The Training Center believe we’ve dedicated a great portion of our personal and professional lives to the service of others. Anyone doing the same undoubtedly knows no one takes on such work alone. We have experienced triumphs and trials over the years. Without the support of those who’ve walked this journey with us none of this would be possible. The triumphs wouldn’t have been as grand, and the trials would have been much more difficult.

While we would like to take the time here to personally thank every one of you, there are simply too many to list. It’s safe to say that if you have been part of our personal and professional journeys, you know who you are. Please know we extend our deepest thanks and gratitude to all of you. You’ve helped build this journey and shape who we are. As people who have faced the adversity that comes with recovery from mental health and substance use, we’d also like to extend a debt of gratitude to those who didn’t believe- those who preyed upon our downfall. Your malice was a motivator. None of this would be possible without you as well.

Unfortunately, there are those we’ve lost along the way who also belong in the list above. Everything we do today is in your memory. We miss you terribly. Our motivation in everything we do is to ensure none of us needlessly lose our lives or the lives of one more friend or family member. This goal is difficult, but not impossible. We will win this battle, and we will do so marred with the dust from the arena, while the cold and timid souls of the critics watch from the stands. Thank you for joining us on the front lines.

Best regards
